Tattoo aftercare

Classic Tattoo Aftercare

Keep the plastic wrap on for no longer than 24 hours (!)
Then gently remove it (Best to be done in the shower)
IMPORTANT : If the plastic wrap falls off the Tattoo (or any part of the Tattoo!) switch to the classic Tattoo aftercare below (!!!)
Wash the Tattoo gently with Medium-heat water and Non-perfumed soap (A soap with 5.5 pH is optimal)
Make sure to remove all dried blood and body fluids, and tap dry gently.
Apply a new 2nd skin wrap.
Keep the 2nd wrapping for 3-5 days (Not longer than 6 days!)
Then remove the 2nd wrap (and do NOT Re-wrap!)
Wash the Tattoo with soap and apply a thin layer of Tattoo cream.
Continue washing and creaming the Tattoo 3-5 times a day until the Tattoo is fully healed (Usually a period of another 10-21 days)

IMPORTANT :
* Sweat is the number 1 enemy of a fresh Tattoo(!)
* Try to avoid any type of sports activity as much as possible during the healing process (Usually 10-21 days)
* DO NOT expose the Tattoo to direct sun during the healing process (Minimum 30 days)
* DO NOT go Swimming in the sea or swimming pool or use the sauna during the healing process (Minimum 30 days)
* DO NOT get hair removal (laser / epilation / wax etc.) during the healing process (Minimum 30 days)
* The Tattoo scabs and peels- DO NOT SCRATCH THE TATTOO / PEEL THE SCAB!!!
* Avoid drinking alcoholic drinks for the first 3 days after getting tattooed (!!!)
* Apply a strong sunblock on the Tattoo when exposed to direct sun, for the first 3 months after it’s complete healing.
To help preserve the sharpness of the lines and contrast of the colors.

A TIP :
Applying a strong sunblock to the Tattoo every time you go in the sun, will keep it’s sharpness, details, contrast and colors looking better for longer years (!)
Direct sun will always be an enemy of your tattoo (!)
